In the PHP file should I change to adjust the following texts I know this is in Swedish, but that's where you change if you want the newsletter or not. In my case, I want it to be called "Porsbladet" not "Newsletter" where it now stands.

You don't have to edit php file but language file (.po and .mo).
You can find the .po at this url:
http://code.google.com/p/alo-easymail/
then copy it inside /languages plugin folder and customise it.
