   I have sent out some test newsletters and the link in the email to view the newsletter as a web page goes to my web site to a page not found.
   When I try to view the newsletter from my web site it also goes to a page not found.

   "Flush" I cannot see where this is?

   To flush permalink, you have to open WP permalink setting page. There is no option to set up, just visit the page.
